Anarock, a prominent property consultant, is anticipating a robust 30% growth in its revenue during the current fiscal year, reaching approximately Rs 575 crore. The surge is primarily attributed to robust housing sales, according to Chairman Anuj Puri. Established by Puri in April 2017, Anarock is a leading real estate consultancy firm in India.
Puri stated, "Our revenue will easily cross Rs 550 crore this financial year and may touch Rs 575 crore." Out of the projected revenue for the 2023-24 fiscal year, he highlighted that around Rs 400 crore would come from the sales of residential properties on behalf of builders.
Highlighting the record-breaking performance in the primary market residential sales in the 2023 calendar year, Puri expressed confidence in sustained demand throughout 2024 and beyond. However, he cautioned that abnormal price rises could impact sales negatively.
In addition to residential sales, Puri mentioned that the company anticipates significant revenue from consultancy services in non-residential segments, including leasing of retail and warehousing spaces, land deals, and capital market transactions. In the previous fiscal year, Anarock had reported a revenue of Rs 440 crore, facilitating sales of 18,500 housing units worth about Rs 20,000 crore.
With a presence in major cities in India and the Middle East and employing over 2,200 individuals, Anarock has expanded its focus over the last six years to include various sectors such as retail, commercial, hospitality, logistics & data centers, industrial, and land. The company also specializes in strategic advisory, investment banking, research & valuations, and provides app-based flexible workspaces and society management services, utilizing its proprietary technology platform to accelerate marketing and sales for clients.
